Our #1 place to go when we are looking to buy a vehicle is Wabash Valley Chrysler. Travis and I were in desperate need of a 4 wheel drive vehicle with the winter we are having and we found a 2016 Jeep Wrangler that we fell in love with. Charged me 250$ for a diagnostic and no fix and held my car for 3 days!!? Robbery I’ve been here 3 times and each time no fix is issued. All of you should be ashamed for the laziness and lack of respect for your business.
Disappointed. They reset a check engine light for a misfire code. Said they couldn’t find anything. Paperwork stated they test drove it, but the miles in and miles out were the same. I told them specifically to communicate with me and received an initial text, but when they were done they called my husband. And then charged me $113. I purchased my vehicle there. Purchased a bumper to bumper extended warranty there. Purchased tires there. Have always used them for maintenance and any other service. Was expecting better than I received. All that being said, they did get me in the day after I called. And I have not had a check engine light since (2 days)

There is a nice man, who helped me with question that I had. I did not know how to work my cruise control, in my van, that I had just bought, not long ago. And he was very friendly, and helpful. Explain very well. And we figured out that the cruise control, it's just not working.
Repair issue on truck, work was done quickly and kept me informed.
My wife and I recently bought a used vehicle from Gary Texeria at Wabash Valley and we are super happy with our purchase and the top-tier customer service that we received. We just popped on the Saturday morning after Christmas…..without any warning, and Gary was welcoming, gracious and very knowledgeable about the Dodge Ram that we shown interest in. Also, since we showed up unannounced, the truck we decided to buy wasn’t fully ready to go so, Todd the Manager, cleaned/detailed the vehicle for us, so we could take it home that day! A great buying experience and we plan to entrust Wabash Valley with the servicing of our vehicles going forward.
Very helpful getting a new key fob for my car. Wait time was long, had to tow my car 30 miles, when they could have come to me. They programmed it in the parking lot with a tablet, they could have done that at my house.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the only complaint I have was the communication when my truck repair was done, they did not call, i had to call. This is odd as there was a txt in the morning when they brought it in but nothing after that. Other than that they helped me out with 4 new tires and was overall pleased.
It was quick experience not much wait since I did around noon when finance man was out to lunch but they told me take home and really check it out.Hour later owned it.

I bought a jeep from them a couple months ago. I ran over something that was causing a leak in one of my tires. They patched it for free. As they were fixing it they realized that they were in the beginning stages of dry rotting. Now they are replacing all 4 tires at no cost to me. I highly recommend Wabash Valley to anyone needing a vehicle. Talk to Blake. The manager and service department are also top notch.

The work seems to be done really well, however once completed the closed out paper work sat for over two hours, after my Wife asked for it, upon arriving she was told it would be ready in a few minutes and to have a seat in the waiting area. Come to find out after the fact it was ready before we got there. The bill was a little over five dollars more than what we were texted, which was inconvenient since I had already written the check. This is the first problem like this we have encountered in the years we’ve been dealing with Wabash Valley Chrysler.
The staff is friendly, and service for my vehicle is done quickly while I wait.
My last 3 vans I have bought from this dealership. The last one I recently bought. It’s a 2015 town and country I really love it. They always check out the cars, change the oil and check the brakes etc. they are a good dealership to work with. The first one I bought in 2017. A Chrysler town and country. 2013. We had very few problems with it and would still have it if a deer hadn’t totaled it in November 2024. The one we got to replace it also hit a deer in September 2025. So I am hoping the deer stay away from this van!

This was my first experience with a he dealer and I had a great experience, I came in for a recall and the service department did a fantastic job of getting me in quick making the repairs and on my way .. The staff was friendly, welcoming and very professional.. the facility is clean modern and well staffed. While there I had started my hunt for a new ram but found the on hand selection very disappointing.. Still the sales team Were friendly and knowledgeable.. over all I had a great experience and recommended the dealer for future needs
