I bought a used 22 Jeep Wrangler from Wabash Valley. My primary salesman was Stephen Ross. I also had a chance to work with used car manager, Todd Necessary. Both of these gentlemen were truly fantastic to work with. Genuinely, I can't recall a better used car purchasing experience. Upon purchase, they ask that you address any issues with your used vehicle with them first - before going to Jeep/Chrysler or others. Initially I thought this was a sales ploy, but they actually held to their agreement. I am from out of state and found a few items that needed to be repaired. Stephen Ross coordinated with my local Jeep dealer to make sure the repairs were accomplished, and at no charge to me. This was no small feat, as it required a lot of back and forth between Stephen and my local rep. I'm very pleased with my experience with Wabash Valley, and highly recommend them.

The service department did a good job, earlier we took the vehicle to “Munro in Huntington” where they did some unauthorized things concerning my vehicle. The staff at WVC took care of everything in under an hour. Thanks
I took my Ram 1500 to the body shop after a hit and run. My rear bumper needed replaced and I had dents and scratches all down the driver's side. I dropped of my truck on March the 13th. The said roughly 10 days on the quote. On April the 6th they say it's done. With in 10 seconds of looking at it. My untrained eye could see deep scratches, a dent and the new fender flare looked like someone threw it across the shop floor. They came out and looked at it. He said he would fix it but he came off like I was being picky. I finally pick it up on the April 21. Still has two deep scratches and the rubber on the bumper isn't installed right. Ryan told me this is the ABSOLUTE best they can do! 41 days in the shop and this is the best! My last 3 vehicles have been from Ram. I love the brand. Wabash Valley's body shop needs a lot of improvement!!!

The work done was what I requested. It took longer than expected but I was okay with that. What I wasn’t expecting was the greasy mess on my driver side step and carpet inside truck. The floor mat was wet and grimy along with the brake pedal. Both drivers doors were dingy, the truck had just been washed Saturday and Monday was the first it had been driven since. The inside wasn’t spotless by any means but it shouldn’t have been left the way it was. Any other dealership I have dealt with make sure to not dirty up the customer vehicle. My deceased husband was an auto tech for over 40 years, never saw anything like this anywhere he worked. I was pleased with the price and discount I was given.
Aaron really done a great job on selling our jeep wrangler to my wife and myself, did not push anything on us and showed me everything I asked about, when filling out the paperwork, it was very quick compared to other dealerships, my new place is Wabash valley for my vehicle's. He took the time to clearly explain every step of the repair process and answered all my questions. He quickly arranged a rental car also and got my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. We found additional damage after the repair, and he went above and beyond to make sure it’s taken care of also. I would highly recommend working with him to anyone needing repairs!

If I could leave negative stars i would. My 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee (still under warranty) has had a issue with cranking for extended period of time until starting and I have brought it in twice and they claim they can't get the problem to show up, yet after picking up yesterday its done it almost every time i start it. Do not take your vehicle here if you want anything done right, or done at all. Kept it for over 24 hours for nothing. This is a somewhat common issue and they arent competent or capable enough of figuring out or fixing it. Stay away! And the worst part. They even charged me over $200 for nothing.

Great place to do business with. No pressure. Pricing was the best around. Very negotiable on trades. It was a bit further away from our local Dodge dealer, but the thousands of dollars we saved was worth the extra 20 minute drive.

Charged me 250$ for a diagnostic and no fix and held my car for 3 days!!? Robbery I’ve been here 3 times and each time no fix is issued. All of you should be ashamed for the laziness and lack of respect for your business.
Disappointed. They reset a check engine light for a misfire code. Said they couldn’t find anything. Paperwork stated they test drove it, but the miles in and miles out were the same. I told them specifically to communicate with me and received an initial text, but when they were done they called my husband. And then charged me $113. I purchased my vehicle there. Purchased a bumper to bumper extended warranty there. Purchased tires there. Have always used them for maintenance and any other service. Was expecting better than I received. All that being said, they did get me in the day after I called. And I have not had a check engine light since (2 days)

There is a nice man, who helped me with question that I had. I did not know how to work my cruise control, in my van, that I had just bought, not long ago. And he was very friendly, and helpful. Explain very well. And we figured out that the cruise control, it's just not working.
Repair issue on truck, work was done quickly and kept me informed.

We just popped on the Saturday morning after Christmas…..without any warning, and Gary was welcoming, gracious and very knowledgeable about the Dodge Ram that we shown interest in. Also, since we showed up unannounced, the truck we decided to buy wasn’t fully ready to go so, Todd the Manager, cleaned/detailed the vehicle for us, so we could take it home that day! A great buying experience and we plan to entrust Wabash Valley with the servicing of our vehicles going forward.
Very helpful getting a new key fob for my car. Wait time was long, had to tow my car 30 miles, when they could have come to me. They programmed it in the parking lot with a tablet, they could have done that at my house.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the only complaint I have was the communication when my truck repair was done, they did not call, i had to call. This is odd as there was a txt in the morning when they brought it in but nothing after that. Other than that they helped me out with 4 new tires and was overall pleased.
It was quick experience not much wait since I did around noon when finance man was out to lunch but they told me take home and really check it out.Hour later owned it.

I bought a jeep from them a couple months ago. I ran over something that was causing a leak in one of my tires. They patched it for free. As they were fixing it they realized that they were in the beginning stages of dry rotting. Now they are replacing all 4 tires at no cost to me.
