For the second year in a row, Wabash Valley Chrysler has earned this achievement. Customer First is a collaboration between FCA and its dealer partners in elevating the
customer experience. The Customer First Award for Excellence recipients represent the elite
Chrylser, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and FIAT dealerships who have achieved the highest level of
customer experience recognition in five core areas: People, Facility, Process, Customer Metric, and
Training Certification.
