“ I bought a used 22 Jeep Wrangler from Wabash Valley. My primary salesman was Stephen Ross. I also had a chance to work with used car manager, Todd Necessary. Both of these gentlemen were truly fantastic to work with. Genuinely, I can't recall a better used car purchasing experience. Upon purchase, they ask that you address any issues with your used vehicle with them first - before going to Jeep/Chrysler or others. Initially I thought this was a sales ploy, but they actually held to their agreement. I am from out of state and found a few items that needed to be repaired. Stephen Ross coordinated with my local Jeep dealer to make sure the repairs were accomplished, and at no charge to me.
